Built a dedicated in-house team of 8 full-time specialists across Game Development, Smart Contract Engineering (Solidity), Web3 Frontend, and Blockchain Architecture.
Delivered a fully functional MVP developed with the Unity Engine, featuring Polygon-based smart contracts for token issuance, NFT assets, and in-game transactions.
Designed and implemented tokenomics and NFT lifecycle management, including minting, trading, and player rewards.
